Alec is the Vice President of Sales at CapFree Xchange, where he oversees all sales activity for the company’s net-leased investment platform in the single-family rental sector. He leads deal generation, manages transactions from start to finish, and provides hands-on support to investors throughout the acquisition process.
Alec began his career in commercial real estate brokerage in 2017 at Marcus & Millichap, specializing in private party investment sales. He later joined Horvath & Tremblay, one of the nation’s leading net-leased brokerage firms, where he further honed his expertise in income-producing assets. Over the course of his career, he has successfully closed more than $200 million in real estate transactions.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Central Florida and was raised in Miami, Florida.
Outside of work, Alec enjoys tennis, hiking, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
