Josh brings a solid background in real estate and capital markets. He has hands-on experience in underwriting and due diligence across a wide range of real estate transactions. Josh earned his Master’s in Real Estate Finance from NYU and began his career in New York as a Capital Markets Analyst, focusing on debt and structured finance.
A Miami native, he has since returned home, where he continues to grow his career. Outside of work, Josh enjoys playing tennis, staying active, and reading.
